How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Delivery via Leopard Couriers and TCS takes 3–5 business days nationwide, with tracking shared on WhatsApp/email.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Yes — COD is available across Pakistan through Leopard and TCS.

Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — we currently deliver within Pakistan only.

How do I track my order?
Your tracking number is sent by email/WhatsApp as soon as your order ships.

Is there free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on all orders over PKR 2,999.

Products

What is the shelf life?
12 months unopened (date printed on the jar); about 3 months after opening with a dry spoon and a tight lid.

Do your products contain preservatives?
No synthetic preservatives — salt, oil and spices preserve our achar the traditional way.

Olive oil vs mustard oil vs oil-free — what's the difference?
Olive oil is lighter on the stomach and lets the spices shine. Mustard oil is the classic Shikarpuri taste — sharp and warming. Oil-free is all tang with zero heaviness.

Are your products spicy?
They range from mild (Carrot Pickle, Apple Chutney) to hot (Green Chilli lines) — check each product page.

Which size should I buy?
500gm to try a flavour; 800gm is the family jar with better per-gram value.

Payment & Claims

Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery, nationwide across Pakistan.

My jar arrived damaged or leaked — what now?
WhatsApp us a photo at +92 333 7298417 within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it free. Food items can't be returned once opened, but damaged deliveries are always on us.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Within 12 hours of ordering, yes — message us on WhatsApp.
