Welcome to Zain Foods. By placing an order on zainsfood.com you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

Zain Foods is a home-grown brand from Shikarpur, Sindh, making traditional pickles (achar), chutneys and preserves in small batches. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +92 333 7298417 or by email at zfoods931@gmail.com.

2. Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to accept or decline any order. Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is confirmed once we accept and dispatch it.

3. Payment

We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Payment is collected by our courier partner at the time of delivery.

4. Shipping & delivery

Orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered in 3–5 business days nationwide via Leopard Couriers and TCS. Free shipping applies on orders over PKR 2,999; below that, the courier charge is shown at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier or weather conditions. We currently deliver within Pakistan only.

5. Damaged or incorrect items

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns once a jar is opened. However, if your order arrives damaged, leaked or incorrect, please send us a photo on WhatsApp (+92 333 7298417) within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement — no questions asked.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel or change an order within 12 hours of placing it by messaging us on WhatsApp, provided it has not yet been dispatched.

7. Product information

We make every effort to describe our products, ingredients and shelf life accurately. Natural colour, texture and taste may vary slightly between batches as our products are handmade with seasonal produce and contain no artificial colours or synthetic preservatives. Please check the packaging for allergen information; our products may contain or be prepared alongside mustard and other spices.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, logos, images and product photography — is the property of Zain Foods and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zain Foods is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
